Beer Rinse - adds shine, tightens hair cuticles, brings limp hair to life

Open a 12oz can or bottle of beer and leave it out for about 2 to 3 hours to allow the beer time to flatten. Place beer in a plastic cup (do not take a glass bottle into the shower with you!!!)
  • Shampoo hair > rinse> do not pat dry
  • Pour half beer over your hair and massage gently into the scalp and hair (massage from roots to ends)
  • Pour the remaining beer over your hair and repeat the massage process
  • Let beer sit on hair for 2 to 5 minutes
  • Rinse with cool water
  • Condtion > rinse > pat dry
  • Style as usual
The malts and hops that beer is made from contains proteins that are good for bringing limp hair to life by tightening the cutlicles. Beer also contains beer that adds shine to the hair.
If you're not a drinker like me but are looking for benefits similar to this, an ACV rinse works just as great.

ALWAYS DO A STRAND TEST. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES ALWAYS KEEP THOSE IN MIND BEFORE TRYING NEW HAIR CARE REGIMENS OR PRODUCTS.
